In the Client App:

  • Go to Pets.
  • Open your pet's profile, then go to the Vaccinations tab.
  • Click Choose File, enter the vaccine expiration date, then click Upload New Vaccination Record.[2]

In the Client App:

  • Go to Pets.
  • Open your pet's profile, then go to the Vaccinations tab.
  • Tap the + next to the vaccine, then Upload Vaccination Record.
  • Pick a file (or take a photo), add the expiration date, then tap Upload Record.[3]

3. Send us a message from your portal what days and times you are available for a meet & greet

4. We will reach out to you in a few days with the assigned pet sitter and set up the meet & greet

5. We Will Send Daily Updates with Photos & Notes
