SCHEDULING

Please make your reservations as soon as you know your travel dates, but at least 24 hours prior to your desired service date. If it is less than 24 hours, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee availability of our sitters.

For last minute requests (under 12hrs of service) there will be a +$10 upcharge to accommodate your request as we will have to move around our schedule.

All requests must be made through your online portal.

PAYMENT

Payment is required upfront (either at the time of booking or before the service can start). We are always just email or a phone call away, so you may add other services any time. 

We accept Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, check or credit cards. For credit card payments there will be tax and service charge that will automatically be added to your final invoice.

We will bill you later for any additional services: Please add your Credit card into your account for any emergencies. Precious Petcare will never charge your card without notifying you first.

REFUNDS/ RESCHEDULING

If your schedule changes, Precious Petcare will give you a credit for service paid for but not rendered if you contact us more than 24 hours prior to your service.

CANCELLATION

$25 cancellation fee for reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours prior to scheduled service. If cancellation is made last minute (within 12hrs) you will be charged 50% of the service.
KEY PICK UP/ DROP OFF
$12 unless you provide us with 2 copies of the key during our meet-n-greet. You are always welcome to mail it or drop it off yourself free of charge.

DISCOUNTS

We are proud to offer package discounts to our dog walking clients who book part time (3walks/week) and full time (5+walks/week) per week. This discount doesn’t apply to occasional vacation visits. We also offer discount to military, firefighters, police officers, teachers (K-12) and animal rescue employees and volunteers. We are grateful for all your hard work!
